Requirements For Rental Application Approval

1. $45 Application fee for adults 18 years of age and older.
2. Credit report on each adult 18 years of age and older. A negative report may cause rejection of the application. We will run this report for you.
3. Proper identification that includes a photo and current address for each adult 18 years of age and older. Acceptable ID includes a driver's license, military ID, passport, etc.
4. Income verification for each applicant that includes two recent pay stubs or written verification of income.
5. References from current or previous landlords.
6. Renters insurance is a requirement of occupancy.

If approved a deposit will be required to hold the apartment. (cashier's check or money order)

Completed applications will be processed in the order received. Failure to include required items may result in delays. Date of occupancy may be subject to change due to unforeseen delays.
