J & R Associates is a privately held Real Estate Investment and
Management Company that only manages properties in which it has a
financial interest. It has been active in this field in San Francisco
and Oakland since 1972. Since J & R has a financial interest in the
buildings that it manages, it can respond quickly to the needs of its
residents. We are proud of the buildings we manage and our friendly
service oriented buildings managers, maintenance and administrative staff
